Return Policy

At Inked and Educated Labs, we maintain strict quality control and safety standards for all our nutraceutical products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and to ensure the safety of our community, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Timeline

  • Processing & Delivery: Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Liability

Inked and Educated Labs partners with reliable carriers such as the USPS and UPS to deliver our products to you. However, please be advised of the following:

  • Transfer of Liability: Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Inked and Educated Labs is no longer liable for the shipment.

  • Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or for delays caused by the carrier’s operations or weather-related issues.

  • Claims: Any claims for packages lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address must be filed directly with the respective carrier using the tracking information provided.
